FAQ

A little more clarity,
before we begin.

Answers about our proposed services, working process, pricing and approach.

Who do you work with?+

Our primary focus is small charities and nonprofit organizations in Canada. We begin by discussing your organization’s status, records and reporting needs to see whether the proposed scope is a fit.

Which services can I choose?+

Bookkeeping, payroll, tax return preparation and grant reporting can be discussed individually or as an all-in package. The exact deliverables and responsibilities are confirmed before engagement.

Do you provide audits or review engagements?+

No. Audit, review and other assurance engagements are not offered. If your organization or funder needs assurance, you will need to engage an appropriately qualified provider separately.

What does tax return support include?+

Preparation of the annual forms itemized in your engagement, from clean, reconciled books. This may include T3010 for a registered charity, T2 for an incorporated NPO, and T1044 where required. Forms are scoped individually rather than automatically bundled. T4 and T4A slips and summaries belong to payroll or payment reporting.

What does grant reporting include?+

A defined financial report prepared from your project records and funder requirements. The all-in package includes one simple grant report for one project per fiscal year. Additional reports or complexity are scoped separately.

Review draft: engagement terms, service scope and data-handling policies are subject to final confirmation.
